Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area and Cost

kucukbey currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days. Including processing, we aim to deliver orders within 6–12 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and other unexpected events may cause delays. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with the available information and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Updates

We will send shipment information to the email address provided with your order. If carrier tracking is available, it will be included in the shipment update. Please allow time for the carrier to record its first tracking scan.

6. Delivery Information and Problems

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct the address, contact us promptly at hello@kucukbey.com. We will check whether it can be changed before dispatch.

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact hello@kucukbey.com and include your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier status update does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt. We cover return shipping costs. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide instructions and arrange shipping at our expense.
